ready to print pictures and then....

my printer won't work! Grrrrrrr! I went to print out some pictures to use my new yummy Three Bugs in a Rug Seeing Stars paper and my printer starts acting funky. I had this problem like six months ago with this printer, sent it back to kodak and it took like three weeks to get the darn thing back. So the other night I went to print pictures and realized i was out of ink, so I opened it up and the cartridge wouldn't come out {same problem as before} but this time I didn't get frustrated and pull out the pliers, I gave it to scott to deal with. He got the cartridge out. So I put the new cartridge in and plug it in and start to print and it starts making this really loud grinding noise and the paper jams. Luckily, I put a warranty on it and Scott called tonight and have to wait until tomorrow for the rep to get back to him and let us know where the closest Kodak repair shop is and wait {again} for them to fix it!
